They take your word from out the schools,
And wonder why the children each other kills,
They ban your word from out the press,
And wonder why their youth respect an adulteress,
They ban your word from over public meals,
And wonder why others steal,
They take your word out of the law,
And wonder why covertness grows,
They pass laws to ban your law,
And wonder why You let them go.
